Right now they're set when you change the attribute, but if it's a new weapon set to Strength, that event doesn't fire. So I need to set those bonuses when a new weapon is created and on page load to catch previous weapons.
Weapon bonuses set with new weapons (Strength since that's the default)
Set weapon bonuses on sheet load
Update weapon bonuses when dexterity and strength change
