Add pt-FR translation for ES6/00 - Getting Setup #4

I'm not quite sure to have understood correctly the sentence "if you will just need to reference some of the code, it's also available inside of here." Does it mean something like, "if you need to see some portion of code, you can see it on the repo" ?

@sun-tea: Shouldn't the file be named fr-FR, as per the RFC 3066, ISO 639-2 and ISO 3166?
