Update captions for episodes 1-7 #68

To get these captions I just went to the streaming page for each video, and looked for vtt in the inspector, pasted them over the old captions.

I tested in mpv, which works fine.

If this is acceptable, I'll continue to add more to this PR until they are all up-to-date.
