Is there a way to use a Scaleway snapshot to shorten deployment time?

At this stage, that would be risky as there lack a clear gap between install phase and configure/init phase. The current tags could do that, but I would not guaranty it before a deep review and testing.

We already had this in mind for the future but not prioritized yet.
