how can we use this code with angular 7. and can we use this code in angular 7

Hi trying to do this in angular 8 but it seems to have some errors this is my first error recieved. SCRIPT5022: SCRIPT5022: Unexpected directive 'ChatFormComponent' imported by the module 'AppModule'. Please add a @NgModule annotation. thank yo please help
