Add field removal, order for fields

This adds:

• the ability to remove users who no longer meet the criteria of team membership
• the ability to query any field (not just login anymore)
• the ability to evaluate multiple fields
  • the ability to order field evaluation
• allow_user() can now return None meaning no recommendation
