 Community guidelines: Are there clear guidelines for third parties wishing to 1) Contribute to the software 2) Report issues or problems with the software 3) Seek support.

Please add contributions guidelines, and ideally a link to it in the README.

Added contribution guidelines, a Code of Conduct, and realized we should generate a pkgdown website so the .io website works.
