In addition, an example on how to get the text-format spectra files from mass spectrometer raw format would be useful (sample acquisition/export settings).
Add an example - this does (at least for Bruker) require some finagling, since it's Comma-Separated, but not Row-Line, so you have to tweak it or the reads time out in a big way.
