New artifacts for easier implementation

It is very much possible that projects are on a tight schedule. In order to make it easier for developers, one could let the library be in charge of showing the pop-ups.

• [x] Create a new module for showing the dialogs automatically;
• [x] Use the Application lifecycle to keep a reference to the current active Activity;
• [x] Let the new functionality synchronize and collect the Update;
• [x] Based on the lifecycle, automatically show an update of a Version;
• [x] Allow either a DialogFragment or Dialog to be shown;
• [x] Create a no-op module for production
