Test Coverage #40

This last release went out with a few regressions. To prevent this in the future I want better than 85% test coverage.

Made progress here by moving features into the wp-util package. I will attempt to get good coverage over there as that will house the main business logic and testable functionality. Once things are ported over there I will just write a few basic e2e tests for the generator here. Closing with that plan in mind.
