[HOI-0121] Publish each different module of the ontology separately

We are currently merging the core and each module of the ontology into a graph which is serialised to multiple formats (turtle, rdf/xml, n3, rdf/json...) and then published as an html using the LODE service.

We need to consider if we should publish each vertical module separately and how to do it.

Maybe we just need to publish the core, since each vertical module just contains instances and not ontology content in itself.

If we just publish the core we need to still merge each module to feed the merged graph to our synchronisation system, but the documentation would be generated using just the core.
