[HOI-0124] Add GitHub action for the continuos integration #124

Currently in the test folder there is a project that launches the test cases described in the manifest. To launch it is as simple as moving the working directory to that folder and running the battery of tests. The system itself will dynamically generate JUnit test cases for each case described.
