[HOI-0197] mappings (asio-module) subject areas - unesco thesaurus #197

as an enhancement for the ontology (vertical module - subject areas) both for the project's milestone 2 and for the integration with the sgi, a number of mappings among concepts for this specific vertical module and the unesco's thesaurus must be provided relying upon the skos properties skos:closeMatch and skos:exactMatch.
