generate-&-publish 'universities' vertical module #97

to address some of the competence questions, (real) instances of the class university are necesssary exploiting official information from the ministry. a new vertical module, also SKOS-based is to be produced to enrich the ontological model, linked to the geopolitical vertical module in order to locate both geographically and administratively each university at national, regional and provincial level.

the ideal source for this dataset would be this from educación, but we would need access to the database or to the files in tabular data format.

done: -already generated a dataset enough (80% of the 1st-level university entities, without subdivisions) to deal with the corresponding CQ. -analysed & exported into tabular format data some sample university 2nd subdivisions (campus, faculties, departments).

to be done: -working on the 2nd-level subdivisions (campus, faculties, departments) of universities (samples of oviedo, murcia, santiago de compostela and basque country): adjusting data, coding the tabels programs, localisation, etc.
