Enhance Permalinks #26

Right now permalinks are too long and they are sometimes shown on hidden places. We should implement the functionalities already present in Wikishape:

Use shorter permalinks
Place the permalink buttons on more visible spots
Allow users to copy the permalinks to their clipboards

Update:

Use shorter permalinks (partially working):
- Our current short-link provider can't shorten links that are too long. In some cases, permalinks are not shortened.
- In the future, we should implement our custom permalink service.

Update: after implementing our own shortener service (https://github.com/weso/rdfshape/pull/195) we do not depend on external services and have more freedom to shorten long URLs.
