Non-functioning links #75

In a few places ("About", "This client is already deployed here."), readers are sent to https://rdfshape.weso.es/ That link does not work, but rdfshape.herokuapp.com/ does. So either fix the redirect, or correct the link?

Thanks, in fact the right link is rdfshape.weso.es because it points to a server that we maintain in our University while the Heroku link depends on Heroku policies and at the end of the month usually goes down because it surpasses the number of allowed requests.

These days in August there was some maintainance work in the University servers and we still have not been able to get access to it to switch it on again.

I hope it will be working again soon.
