We currently offer 3D visualizations for ShEx (example) thanks to 3dshex.

There are some caveats though:

After resizing the visualization via CSS to fit our UI constraints, some interactivity is lost (on hover/click events). Looks like the mouse position detected does not correspond with the actual one.
