Demo for API streaming validations #98

Finished implementing an MVP to consume streaming validations from a web interface (see https://github.com/weso/rdfshape-api/pull/308). This includes:

New input forms for streaming data.
New in-context item representing the streaming data.
New visual components to show the streaming results, including controls and real-time updated results.

This is still in beta and for demoing purposes, further testing is needed.
