This issue is to track the implementation of DCTAP.

Apart of the spec, there is also some good documentation in the python implementation.

Work has started in #52

Roadmap:

[x] We will create a new crate called dctap
[x] We are planning to support input of csv files using the csv Rust crate
[ ] Generate ShEx shapes
[ ] Generate HTML view of the schema
[ ] Generate UML-like Visualization using PlantUML or Mermaid
[ ] Generate SHACL shapes
