package:md2_tab_indicator don't support null safety

please add null safety in this package

The current code is in null-safety. They need to publish in pub.dev

For now use it like this in pubspec.yaml

md2_tab_indicator:
    git:
      url: git://github.com/westdabestdb/md2_tab_indicator.git
      ref: master
