Default image for papers #13

It is unlikely that we will make images for every paper entry, but if there is no file then the paper page is rendered with a missing image:

[2023-09-12 12:12:07] ERROR `/assets/images/papers/35202429.png' not found.

It would be nice to have Jekyll determine that there is no image file and substitute a default image.

Alternatively, it might be possible to retrieve thumbnails of the first image for each article with the PubMed API
