Draft post on communication #160

Looking for a second set of eyes on this as the tone of it is a little outside my comfort zone.

I think this post is great, but we really need to get that last podcast up because it dovetails with this one really nicely. One of the things we discussed was how the word criticism, even if its "constructive", is a horrible word that by definition always comes from a "talking down to"/negative place. Critique is a better word, and I'm sure we can come up with others as well. So for me that last paragraph that uses that term is the only thing that really stands out to me.

Also I would add that another way to communicate something is to say "What I've done in the past/Seen done elsewhere" instead of "Why don't you" - In some cases you will have more experience in an area than who you're talking to. We should still share our expertise and experience but without the insinuation that there is some pecking order of better-ness based on said experience.

But great post Kyle!
