Hello, I am very interested in your work. I looked at your open-source code, and I would like to ask if the code is fully open-sourced.

Hi, thank you for your interest in our work!

If you mean using ProTrek to do inference, the answer is that ProTrek is fully open-sourced. You have access to its model weights and we provide an example of how you can use it. Also the model is under MIT liscence so I believe you could have much freedom to use it.

If you also include the pre-training data, we have not yet submitted our paper now. We will evaluate it after our paper being accepted :)

Thanks for your fast reply! Could you tell me where the training code is located in the project or provide a training script?

LTEnjoy commented 38 minutes ago

The training would be much more complicated than inference. The training dataset is specialized. If you are interested in more details, you could send email to me and add me on wechat. Then we can have further discussion.

Okay, I sent it to your email. Thank you!
