Feature Request: Pattern Follow #270

Pattern Follow: ON/OFF so that you can enable the sequencer to actually page through every step as it plays without having to manually hit the page buttons. It would be nice to hold a step if you start editing it, even if the sequencer is steping through the next pages.

+1 (there are similar request for follow mode and auto page turn elsewhere)
