Feature Request: Internal arpeggiator and ability to turn on/off arpeggiator via gates from CVXin #315

It would be great if we can use the arpeggiator without using MIDI and have it all done internally. Also, it would be great if we are able to turn on/off the arpeggiator via. gates from any of the CVXin inputs.
