Feature request: Confirm pattern division change #341

When changing the division of a pattern, do not apply the change until it is confirmed by a press on the encoder.

Example: When changing a pattern division from 24 to 12, I don't want to have the steps in between to have an effect when turning the encoder. A quick press could "commit" the new time division value.
