Feature request: voltage scale shift by whole voltage #355

I noticed that when you are using the voltage scale, moving notes up and down while holding shift doesn't behave the same way as other scales, which move notes up and down by octave. Would love to be able to move notes up and down by 1v increments the same way when using the voltage scale.
