Switching from note to Retrigger-Repeat mode to set the pauses between notes is a bit exhausting. Maybe it could be moved from Retrigger submenu to Length menu to get switching between notes and pauses just via one press (F3 / F4). This would simplify programming. Even cooler would be a dedicated launchpad view of the pauses of each step!
