Add citation styles to components/citation.njk

Citation styles needed:

• [x] Turabian/Chicago
• [x] MLA
• [x] APA

I wonder how flexible it needs to be. Would it be easier to create our own algorithms (as has been done in _11ty/citation.js) or to use Citation.js? Do I want to standardize to BibJSON?

I wonder whether it is better to leave the flexibility we have here.

We'll call this good enough for now. If it gets more complicated or needs more flexibility, this may need to be revisited.
