Any interest in putting this on PyPI?

I'd be happy to do it if you're okay (I can add a PR). Never done it before so not sure how package ownership works, but I'm sure I could find a way to make it easy for you to own if I set it up.

I have never done this either, but I am definitely open to putting it on pypi. If you want to take the lead on this, that would be great.
