Description of changes

Adds Discover Controller and Movies Controller
Adds Movies Facade, Service, and PORO for consuming IMDB API
Add relevant tests for Discover Movies page and Movie Results page (top rated movies and custom search for movie titles)
Corrects Rubocop violations in the spec suite
