  1. add serial port handle class named AgilexBaseSerialPort
  2. add motion mode in SystemStateFrame struct
  3. add LimoBase , the driver of a small new car called Limo
  4. add read imu data and decode in the agx_msg_parser.c
  5. add MotionMode enum to sperate different motion mode passed from chassis
