We ned configuration files for all the services that hook into LDAP (off the top of my head, dovecot, postfix, matrix, westwork frontend, etc). For this we need to decide on the schema that we're going to store users in.

[ ] Set down an LDAP schema in an LDIF file to be inserted during setup and referred to
[ ] Adapt or write configuration files for:
- [x] Dovecot
- [x] Postfix
- [x] Matrix
- [ ] What else?

There are now config files filled in for postfix and dovecot. If anyone wants to review them I would appreciate it. I'm still considering how best to install and setup openldap. The pi-gen script has a means to do dpkg-reconfigure, so that may be the way to go.

Can you install slapd without any config then call debconf-set-selection once we have a domain name?
