highlight.js version should be updated #16

highlight.js version should be updated as the current dependency version is ~9.7.0:

"highlight.js": "~9.7.0"

Maybe ^9.7.0 could be a good candidate as is allows all 9.x.x version to be included.

Version 9.13.0 is adding some a11y (accessibility) themes that are important to make the web friendyl for everyone.

Have you published version 2.0.3 to npmjs.com?

I can't see it. I can only see version 2.0.2 on npmjs.com.

Guess not:

401 Unauthorized - PUT https://registry.npmjs.org/metalsmith-metallic - You must be logged in to publish packages

Looks like I need to update the token I use on this repo. You'd think the publish failing would fail the build.
