For sites not in the AEM but using the WET template (e.g. travel, jobs), we have found a potential issue with the CSS; one that we can't replicate for pages hosted in the AEM though. When a hyperlink is placed within a header tag (h2, h3, h4, etc.), it forces the inner text to display at a different size than what the respective header text size should display as. H1s appear ok, but h2+ don't. Yes, links shouldn't be placed in headers, but nonetheless, this should probably be looked at, including why the non-AEM sites are using a different CSS than the Canada.ca CSS.
