ISSUE

Working template "Reduced header and footer" is not available on https://wet-boew.github.io/themes-dist/GCWeb/index-en.html#templates-common-design.

EXPECTATION

That it would be to enable GC applications with outdated wet templates to upgrade to conform. e.g. https://www.eodms-sgdot.nrcan-rncan.gc.ca/sp-pe.html
