NPM version doesn't seem to be updating #14

This package on NPM is still stuck on 4.0.3 even though the version in package.json is 4.0.5 and there are tags for v4.0.4 and v4.0.5.

Please also correct the steps in item 26 of the v4.0 release process so it is accurate for what needs to be done for this repo each release.

Version 4.0.4 will never exist because of a weird npm behavior. I published 4.0.3 before v4.0.4 and npm treated v4.0.3 as the latest version. I tried un publishing and republishing v4.0.4 and discovered that npm doesn't allow it.

I will publish 4.0.5 as soon as i can

@LaurentGoderre Please update the release process documentation with the instructions for how to publish in the future so someone else can do it you aren't available.

I'll have to add them as npm owner...if they have an npm user

@LaurentGoderre Okay, then please add the steps to the documentation and indicate the permissions that are needed to complete those steps.
