Removed generic breadcrumb SCSS to align with wet-boew/wet-boew#7423.
RTL fixes:
- Prevents arrows from getting mispositioned between items.
- Prevents text from unexpectedly getting cutoff and replaced with ellipses in WebKit browsers.

Closes #119.
