Moved the Assessments list out of the 'Assign Web Pages' into the 'Manage Assessment ' page #41

It is very counter intuitive to have to go to 'Assign Web page' to delete an assessment.

The table from the 'Assign Web page' should be moved to the 'Manage Assessment ' page.
