Style guide

The API standard could use a style convention like any good technical manual.

We presently have header and url arguments.

• has previously code fenced URL arguments, this can apply for both.

@chrismajewski

• has use argument= for url arguments.
• proposes use of argument: for header arguments

I will apply as stated, we can add, shift, alter later.
