summary-en.html doesn't exist.

The anchors also need to be updated. Can you update this PR with the updated anchors as well. Thanks.

Fixed! Not sure where to link #kbcv (Keyboard) and #clr (Colour) though. I think the only part that discusses those is http://wet-boew.github.io/wet-boew-styleguide/v4/accessibility/considerations-en.html

@cfarquharson where should the links to #kbcv and #clr go? Those are the links with link text "Keyboard" and "Colour" on http://wet-boew.github.io/wet-boew-styleguide/v4/accessibility/applicability-en.html.
