Document `lst-spcd` class #246

The class is not documented in http://wet-boew.github.io/wet-boew-styleguide/v4/design/lists-en.html.

@regagnon You can find the version number in the comment block at the start of one of the JS or CSS files. Also when posting your markup, make sure to use 3 backticks (reverse appostrophes) to open and close the block of markup.

The class has now been documented (in two places) on that page:

For "Unstyled lists":

Add .lst-spcd to increase the white space between the items, and make them visually separate and distinct

For "Spacing lists"

Use .lst-spcd to separate list items, and increase the white space between them
