Page Titles for GC Intranet Theme in all Languages are in English. #278

All the page titles linked to from this page are in English regardless of the language of the page. http://wet-boew.github.io/themes-dist/theme-gc-intranet/index-en.html

I imagine for most of the pages this is not an issue however it is an issue for the French pages, the titles on those pages should be in French.
