Resolves build failures that started in #285.

Those aren't used anywhere, is this PR incomplete?

@LaurentGoderre #285 introduced several French pages into this repo. All Travis-CI (and locally-run) builds have been failing since then due to the lack of French i18n variables. This PR adds them in and makes building work again.
