I think we should remove my name from the copyright comment, and replace with something like...

This should be done for each file... but it shouldn't be done as a big patch. Slowly introduce this into each file that is being edited in a specific patch.

I decided to change everything at once - since we're doing a lot of changes in release-2.0 anyway.
