For some reason, gopro will not stream at any other resolution than 1080, and at 30 fps. Station M1 can only process about 7 fps at that resolution it seems. This leads to clips being delayed by minutes. Also, after some time, the webcam stream buffer is filled and then I think it just starts dropping frames.
The Station M1 was tested with cheap logitech webcam that outputs 320x240 at 30 fps. There is no problem handling this stream and clips are generated in real time and at the correct speed.
Maybe there is a way to lower the gopro resolution to allow the Station M1 to keep up. Otherwise I think the only options are finding a more suitable camera or a more powerful sbc.
