Real estate items are pretty jacked up. There's no incentive to buy anything besides mom's garage and the treehouse. Maybe sullyman if you're feeling friendly.

Real estate should cost a variable amount depending on a player's current max employee amount. The problem right now is either the costs are too high early game, or pretty insignificant late game. Making it a percentage amount would allow for increased pressure on employee max
