evtsys.cfg fails if there are empty lines #55

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. net stop evtsys
2. Edit evtsys.cfg, add an empty line and then add Security-Auditing:*
3. net start evtsys

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should work. Instead it's failing with:

C:\Windows\system32>net start evtsys
The service is not responding to the control function.

More help is available by typing NET HELPMSG 2186.
******************
NET HELPMSG 2186 is useless.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
EvtSys_4.4.3_64-Bit-LP.zip

You're right, it should be able to add blank lines. I'll add that to one of the 
things in the next update (which should be soon hopefully)
