Add ww guest package. #119

Forgot to push this final piece of the #111 puzzle. This PR adds the guest/tinygo package, which allows processes compiled by TinyGo to make cluster calls over capnp. It includes a shim demo.

Not the point of this PR but I feel like we should we add .DS_Store files to .gitignore and remove them
