Fix typos in README and components

• Fix few English word typos
• พรบ., พรก., พรป. --> พ.ร.บ., พ.ร.ก., พ.ร.ป.
• พรบ.คุ้มครองสิทธิส่วนบุคคล --> พ.ร.บ.คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (this one is not a typo and it is a mock, so it can be anything; the proposed change is just to make it looks more aligned to an actual act)

I use Code Spell Checker for VS Code and read through what they highlighted as "misspelled".

Not all of them actually misspelled, so have to manually edit the suggestion.

For example, Histoire is correct but the extension suggested as a wrong one.

For Thai, I use search & replace box in VS Code and review the change.
